Due to the nature of original artwork, handmade pieces, and custom items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
